Overview: NatureWorks is like the eco-hero of the plastics world, crafting compostable materials from plants with their Ingeo™ biopolymer, saving the planet one biodegradable product at a time. As the Director and Producer, I was tasked in creating a series of captivating onboarding videos for NatureWorks' website and social media platforms, offering an insider's peek into their vibrant work culture and exciting career opportunities. To show what the true experience looks and feels like, our production team traveled to Blair, NE with their global marketing and strategy team to capture the team that runs and manages one of their main Ingeo manufacturing facilities. We then traveled to their main headquarters in Minnesota to capture life inside their labs and the teams behind it all. The outcome of the series of videos aided in streamlining their recruiting process and showcase NatureWorks’s mission and values. Joining the NatureWorks team isn't just a job—it's an adventure waiting to unfold.
