Overview: Collaboration with Hyundai and XONecole for their groundbreaking ItGirl 100 List, honoring 100 remarkable Black women who boldly carve their paths in diverse industries. The initiative not only highlighted the achievements of these remarkable women but also inspired many by showcasing their stories. From inspiring self-discovery to igniting purpose-driven journeys, these women exemplify resilience, creativity, and unwavering determination, making their mark on cities and hearts alike. Polly Studio once again teamed up with Slog Global and was challenged in showcasing the latest capabilities of the 2024 Hyundai Sonata while featuring 3 of our ItGirl’s.
Challenge: My role for this project was AD/Producer for the videos featuring Alicia and Paige. I was brought on board to manage logistics and coordination for Pre-Production and Production. Communication with the client, talent, and the production crew. Coordinating logistics for efficient production flow, scheduling, location scouts, and making sure we were in budget as key decisions were made. The day of the shoot, it was my role to make sure we stayed on schedule with the run of show, production safety, and communicate with the client, crew, and talent. After Production wrapped, I collected crew W9s and invoices. I submitted invoices to the client and sent out payments once received. This project was a huge undertaking that had unique challenges and great experiences along the way.

Outcome: The ‘ItGirl In Motion’ series featured our ItGirl’s in their natural flow and how the Hyundai Sonata is incorporated to elevate their everyday routine. The content was released on various social platforms and XONecole’s blog. The ItGirl 100 campaign was highly successful, celebrating 100 influential Black women across various industries. The campaign garnered significant attention and engagement, achieving over 2 million impressions across all social media platforms.
